The Shipping Policy

Kickstarter Orders
All orders placed through Kickstarter are considered pre-orders and fall under Kickstarter’s pledge model. You are backing the development and production of our products — not purchasing an in-stock retail item.

By backing us, you acknowledge that:

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • We’ll update you on production and fulfillment progress regularly

  • Refunds and returns are not available unless we fail to deliver your reward at all

Estimated Fulfillment Window
We expect to begin fulfilling Kickstarter rewards in 1-10-2026.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on manufacturing, logistics, or regional shipping delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges will be added during the Kickstarter checkout process or collected separately via a post-campaign survey (depending on how our campaign is set up).

International Shipping
We [will / will not] be offering international shipping through Kickstarter.
If applicable, all customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the backer and may be collected upon delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your reward has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking info.

Lost or Damaged Rewards
If your item is damaged during shipping or does not arrive, please contact us at [your support email] within 14 days of expected delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Post-Kickstarter Orders
Once our campaign ends and inventory is stocked, we’ll transition to standard ecommerce shipping terms. At that point, returns, exchanges, and normal shipping policies will apply.
