Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident with every order — but due to the nature of our products, we have to be a little stricter than most.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The Smashpodz™ device has not been activated (battery tab must still be in place)

  • The item is not final sale or part of a limited drop

Due to embedded technology and safety protections, we cannot accept returns of used, worn, or activated products.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Because our devices contain sealed BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) chips and tamper-sensitive designs, any item that has been opened or worn cannot be resold or verified as safe. This is especially true for safety-critical products like Smashpodz™.

If you ordered the wrong item, you’re welcome to return any unopened product within 30 days and place a new order for the one you want.

Return Process
To request a return, email [your support email] with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return

  3. The reason for return

  4. If damaged, include clear photos of the issue

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after return approval

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Any item that’s been opened, worn, or activated

  • Smashpodz™ devices with the battery tab removed

  • Custom, collectible, or limited-edition Cherry Smash™ items

  • Products marked “Final Sale”

  • Items returned after 30 days
